It's o11y time!
And you know what that means?
It's a newsletter where I share thoughts (and maybe even some practical advice!) on observability, SRE, the software development profession, and general tech industry news – along with some other fun stuff.
By signing up, you can expect to receive:
- Guides and how-to articles
- Topical musings about the industry at-large
- Artsy tangents that bridge my creative and technical sides
All delivered at an irregular and unpredictable – yet hopefully still timely and relevant 😊 – pace.
Hope to see ya there!
What does o11y mean, btw?
I'm glad you asked! It stands for observability. It is the initial letter "o" followed by the number of letters (11) before the final "y", thus o11y. It's a convention used by some of the CNCF projects. Kubernetes can be similarly "abbreviated" as k8s.
If you're curious to know more about observability itself, check out my first post on the subject.
